K-Carom Billiards Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to K-Carom Billiards, a Korean Four-Ball and Three-Cushion billiards game and practice app. By using the app, you agree to use it for personal entertainment and practice play under these terms.

Use Of The App

The app provides simulated billiards matches, practice drills, replay tools, sound, music, haptics, and ads where enabled.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial play and practice.
You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, reverse engineer protected components, or use it unlawfully.

No Gambling Or Real-Money Play

K-Carom Billiards does not provide gambling, wagering, real-money play, cash prizes, contests, betting, or real-world billiards ranking certification. Scores and practice results are for in-app play and learning only.

Ads, Consent, And Third-Party Services

The app may use Google AdMob for advertising and Google's consent tools where required. Ads are intended to appear only at natural breaks in play, not while aiming or while balls are moving. The app also uses Supabase for backend configuration, anonymous install support, and gameplay summaries.

Game Simulation

The billiards physics and practice guidance are designed for realistic game feel and learning support, but they are not a professional coaching guarantee or a measurement tool for official competition results.

Changes And Availability

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue features of the app. We may also update these terms when the app or store requirements change.

Disclaimer And Limitation

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the app.
